About The Event
This is the Upper Body class.
We will learn how to give an effective, pressure varying massage using our feet. As we incorporate everyday ergonomic items and perform with fabulous biomechanical stances, you'll find that this class will teach you something to use on anyone and practically anywhere.
READ THIS: If you or your partner are not able to lay prone/face down or supine/on the back for long periods of time, this workshop is not for you. Cuts, lesions, sores, wounds, rashes, breakouts, fungal infections -- all of these are not suitable for this workshop. Heal at home and then come ready to Heel in class! Healthy skin is healable/heelable skin!
